ActionConnect is a multi-tenant SaaS that combines a helpdesk, a work-management suite that takes the best, most popular ideas from Jira, Asana, and Monday.com, and a facilities & maintenance (CMMS) module for work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment, and asset tracking. Each customer is an organization (tenant) that is provisioned with its own isolated resources the moment it signs up.
